We are SALTYDOLLS, an Edinburgh based theatre company that make work for and by women and mothers. Having experienced how hard it is to maintain a freelance job in the arts we are keen to pilot a working mums club. We will provide space, childcare, and artist advice surgeries to chat about funding, budgeting, creative ideas and whats available. Initially this will be a monthly/weekly event depending on demand, and longterm we look to have a full time dedicated venue. We want this project to be as helpful as possible, and tailored to the needs of the women who use it.
